The "Hybrid" Strategy

We utilize Grass-Fed Whey Isolate for speed. Its superior amino acid profile and rapid absorption rate make it the gold standard for the post-workout anabolic window.

But we don't mix it with water or cow's milk. Instead, we use Organic Soy Milk as the functional delivery system. Soy remains the only protein source with an FDA health claim for lowering cholesterol. Ingredients

The Base

  • 1 cup Silk Organic Soy Milk (Unsweetened)
  • 2-3 cups Fresh Spinach (Packed tight)
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries

Liquid First

Pour the Silk Soy Milk into the blender first. This lubricates the blades and ensures the protein powder doesn't stick to the bottom.

Liquify The Greens

Add the Spinach next. Pulse or blend on low for 10 seconds just to break down the leaves. This prevents "chunky" spinach texture in the final drink.

Add Solids & Blend

Add the Transparent Labs protein, almond butter, Spectrum flaxseed, and frozen berries. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth. The purple berries will overtake the green color.

📝 Optimization Tips

  • Temperature: If you prefer it colder/thicker, add 2-3 ice cubes, but be aware this may dilute the flavor slightly.
  • Flax Storage: Ensure your ground flaxseed is stored in the fridge or freezer. The oils in flax go rancid quickly at room temperature!
